FAQ
How does the quota work?
Quota is deducted as you use it, and the part available for the week is restored every Monday at 00:00 (China time); the customer center shows the share used at any time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Turn off auto-renewal in the customer center and you keep using the plan through the period you have already paid for.
When do upgrades and downgrades take effect?
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect when the current period ends.
Where is speech recognition done?
Transcription runs on your device by default (Apple silicon) and can be switched to the cloud fast or standard mode; answer generation goes through the gateway.
